Global Presence

Process Safety Support Across North America, Asia-Pacific, and Worldwide

HazBasis Process Safety operates through two strategic locations: our global headquarters in Houston, Texas, and our laboratory testing and consulting service center in Suzhou, China. Together, these offices support clients throughout North America, China, the broader Asia-Pacific region, and international markets. Houston leads process safety consulting, engineering analysis, project management, and client coordination, while Suzhou provides laboratory testing and process safety consulting for clients across China and the wider region.

Houston, Texas: Global Headquarters

HazBasis is headquartered in Houston, Texas, one of the world’s leading centers for chemical, petrochemical, energy, manufacturing, engineering, and industrial service organizations. From Houston, our team provides process safety consulting, engineering analysis, project management, laboratory coordination, and client support throughout North America and internationally.

Suzhou, China: Asia-Pacific Laboratory Testing and Consulting Services

Our Suzhou laboratory testing and consulting service center supports clients in China and throughout the Asia-Pacific region, providing responsive regional coordination for testing, technical consulting, engineering support, and project communication. Connecting the Houston and Suzhou teams lets HazBasis combine global process safety expertise with regional access, efficient sample and project coordination, and practical support for clients operating across Asian markets.

Remote Project Support

Many consulting activities can be completed efficiently through secure electronic document review, virtual meetings, remote workshops, data analysis, and technical report preparation. That can include process safety document review, virtual PHA and HAZOP facilitation, Dust Hazard Analysis support, test data interpretation, relief system calculations, design review, incident information review, regulatory and standards evaluations, and technical training, without requiring travel for every step of a project.

On-Site Support

When direct facility observation or team participation genuinely matters, HazBasis provides on-site support for facility hazard assessments, PHA and HAZOP workshops, Dust Hazard Analysis, hazardous area classification, ignition source and electrostatic evaluations, incident investigations, equipment and process inspections, sampling and testing programs, employee training, and corrective action verification.

International Collaboration

International projects often involve different regulatory systems, engineering practices, languages, time zones, and local operating conditions, and we don’t treat that as an afterthought. Our approach is to identify the applicable requirements up front and develop a clear technical basis that project teams, facility personnel, and decision-makers can all actually work from, regardless of where they’re sitting.
