Dr. Taylor Zhao is an internationally experienced process safety and chemical engineering expert specializing in PHA/HAZOP/LOPA/QRA, combustible dust hazards, chemical reaction hazards, electrostatic and ignition hazards, hazardous area classification, incident investigation, and DIERS-based emergency relief system design.
Throughout his career, Dr. Zhao has combined engineering analysis, laboratory testing, process safety consulting, and practical risk-reduction strategies to help industrial organizations prevent fires, explosions, runaway reactions, toxic releases, and other catastrophic incidents.
His experience spans chemical, pharmaceutical, food, advanced manufacturing, energy, and other high-hazard industries in the United States, China, and internationally.

Dr. Zhao has authored more than 50 technical publications and papers, presented extensively at international process safety conferences, and served as a technical reviewer for professional journals in chemical engineering and process safety.
